PARIS, Oth March. President Millerand, M. Poincarc, M. De Lasteyrie, the manager of the Bank of France, and Mcveiiil prominent financiers conferrod at the Klysee this morning in regard to measures necessary to improvo Lho financial situation and restoro the franc. The .Government intends to impress upon the Senate the urgency of passing • the new financial measures, rapidly reducing expenditure, and ending the loan policy. It is understood that lho Bank of France will continue to associate itself with the Government's, efforts.
