HOUSING PROBLEM
ORGANISING BUILDING TRADE.
LONDON, 30th January. .The "Daily News" learned that the Government is preparing a comprehensive scheme for organising the building industry, nationally, over a fairly long period, with a guarantee of continuity of employment for trade unionists, thereby overcoming unionists' previo"us objections to the augmentation of skilled labour by the employment of trained men who have not served the usual apprenticeship.
