(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPTRIGRT.)

(AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) '. LONDON, 27th January. The "Morning Post's" Paris correspondent says that the recent outbreak of feeling against foreigners owing to the fall of the franc has been exemplified by the introduction of a private member's Bill imposing a surtax of 20 per cent, on the bills of all foreigners temporarily residing "in French hotels and pensions, the promoters pointing out that a similar tax already operates in Germany.
