NELSON VISITORS
At the Khandallah bowling green on Anniversary Day three rinks were played against visiting teams from Nelson, skipped by Tunnicliffe, Dee, and Vitetti. The Khandallah rinks were skipped by Wright, Nalder, and Bringans. Matches were also played against three rinks from the Hutt Bowling Club, skipped by Hendry, Macaskill, and Trevethick, the Khandallah rinks being skipped by Plimmer, Kendall, and Robertson. The games resulted in wins for the Khandallah Bowling Club after very enjoyable and close contests.

Following is the result of the games played at Lyall Bay yesterday against Nelson, the Nelson-rinks being mentioned first: A. Dee, A. Stewart, W. Dee, Wilkinson, 22; Sherwood, Childs o Gilbert, A. Baren, 18. Fantham, Tnnnicliffe, Ricketts, Kingsland, 18; Pears, Moran, Brighting, Bertram, 24.
