(SYDNEI SUN CABLE.) (Received 23rd January, noon.) ATHENS, 22nd January. M. Venizelos refused the Monarchists' request to dissolve tho Assembly. He has dismissed 1343 officers, including 8 Generals, for participating in the recent revolt. He is referring the dynastic question to a plebiscite.
