SYDNEY, This Day. The Liquor Amendment Bill was considered by the Legislative Assembly in committee, and provoked a heated argument. The chief decision arrived at is as to the date of the referendum, which will be in 1928. This was decided on a division by 52 votes to 31, on practically non-party lines.
