LABOUR'S INTENTION
" OPPORTUNITY WILL BE SEIZED."
(Received 13th December, noon.) LONDON, 12th December. The "Daily Mail " states that the first meeting of the National Executive of the Labour Party decided to seize the first constitutional means for turning out the Government, the "precise method to be decided with a conference of the Parliamentary Labouu Party on the eve of the meeting of Parliament. If the opportunity arises on the Address-in-Reply, it will be- seized. Otherwise an issue will be forced on the unemployment question. The executive believes that Mr. Mac- ! Donald will be.invited to form a Government within three months, and has decided_ that it would assume office if the | occasion arose, but would not agree to I any form of coalition.
