(Received 12th December^ 11' a.m.)' LONDON, 11th December. -The Rosyth Shipbreaking Company lias presented the New Zealand Government with an inkstand made of'teak'' and copper from the battle, cruiser New Zealand, and has also presented, cigafboxes from the ship's timber for Mr Massey, Sir Joseph Ward, and Sir James Allen. . .
Mr. Massey, in accepting the gifts, eulogxsed Sir Joseph Ward's action in presenting the New Zealand to the Admiralty.. Although he and Sir Joseph might differ on political questions, they were at one oa the value of Imperial defence.
