AUCKLAND, This Day. In the action for alleged libel brought by William John May, a school teacher, against the Rev. John W. Robinson, the latter being vicar of the parish and member of the School Committee at Waimate North, the jury returned a verdict for plaintiff for £l damages. Argument is proceeding on a non-suit point. and as to costs.
