"A-HOPELESS TASK"

LONDON, 26th November. The "Daily Telegraph's" Berlin correspondent says it is not expected that , Dr. Albert will have his Cabinet ready before Tuesday night. The "Morning Post" says that Dr. Albert is understood to be endeavouring to persuade prominent members of the Stresemann Government to retain office, and hopes even to secure Dr. Stresemann for Foreign Minister. The task is almost hopeless, and even if it succeeds, it is doubtful if the Reichstag will express confidence in it. At the best an Albert Government would be regarded as an interim Government until the'-par-ties of the Reichstag had decided what the reason wag for overthrowing Dr. Stresemann and what policy it would pursue.
