RENEWAL OF DISORDER
PARIS, 23rd November. Advices from Dusseldorf state that there had been a; recrudescence of disorders among *the unemployed in the Ruhr, notably in Essen. Collisions between the demonstrators and the police resulted in six persons being killed and 32 wounded. Of these, three of the dead and three of the wounded were policemen. The situation in the Ruhr is growing worse. Only four mines out of 57 are working.
