OUTPUT OF RUHR
AGREEMENT AT LAST PAYMENT OF COAL TAX. BERLIN, 24th November. The recalcitrant Ruhr industrialists, headed by Herr Stinnes, have at last come to an agreement with the FrancoBelgian authorities, under which they will pay 279 million francs of the arrears o! coal tax, and henceforward 'will deliver to the Allies 18 per cent, of their net output of coal. They will also pay 10 franca a ton on coal sold, while the stocks will remain the property of the Allies. * '* The directors of the Knipp factories, who were sentenced to long terms of imprisonment last May, have returned to the occupied territory and have reI sumed work.
