STAR THEATRE, NEWTOWN.
An alluring and fascinating love story, "Romance," with, Poris Keaoe in theleading role, will ha the attraction at the Star Theatre, Newtown, this evening. The picture ia well named, for it tells one of the sweetest romances so far screened. The play was staged in New Zealand some time ago with Kathleen Mac Donald in the lead. The supports arc particularly good. A great racecourse drama will bo screened on Saturday, Ist December, under the title of "Winning a Bride."
