SHOOTING AT SIGHT
JOHNSON COMMITTED FOR TRIAL.

MELBOURNE, This Day. Lancelot Johnson has been committed for trial by the Coroner oh a charge of the manslaughter of Leonard Harding.
When arrested, Johnson alleged that he thought Harding, who was apparently forcing an entrance into the building, was a burglar, and shot him accordingly. Harding, who was an ex-policeman, was a friend of the accused man.
