RUSSIA TO BOYCOTT SWITZERLAND.

Tchitcherin, the Russian Foreign Minister, commenting on the acquittal of Conradi for the murder o£ Vorowsky, eaid: "Sv«itzerland, which was the former haven of exile for Lenin and others, will henceforth be boycotted by Russians.- The entire Swiss bourgeoisie jb responsible for this crime, and will pay dearly.
