SEVERAL UNDEFENDED SUITS.
. Mr. Justice MacGregor dealt with undefended petitions in divorce ': at the Supreme Court to-day. ": . ■ Agnes Bedelia Cohen petitioned for. a divorce from Ernest Edgar Cohen on the. ground of desertion. A decree nisi was granted. Petitioner was represented by Mr. O. Pragnell. On the ground of mutual separation, Annie Hassall (who was represented by Mr. C. A. L. TreadweU) was granted % decree nisi as against Reuben Hassall. _ Desertion was the ground of the petition in the case of Mary Honor Laurie against Frank Titus Laurie. Petitioner was represented by Mr. W. Perry. !'A decree nisi was granted. _ Henry Alexander Lukashefskie petitioned for an order for restitution of conjugal rights against Violet Rose Lukashefskie. Mr. D. R. Hoggard represented the petitioner. An order was made that-the respondent should return to the petitioner within fourteen days.
