NO CANDIDATES FROM OTHER PARTIES.

(Received 13th November, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, 12th November. A Labourite, Mr. Rosslyn Mitchell, is at present the only candidate in the field for the Central Glasgow election, in consequence of Mr. Winston Churchill's declining Liberal candidature and Sir Thomas Paxtoii declining Conservative candidature on medical advice.
