FOE SEDDON FAMILY. Notification is given in the "Gazette" .01 the Bettirig aside of portion of the ISolton Street Cemetery as the private -burial ground of the Eight Honourable -Kichard John Seddon and of his wife and descendants. The notice has been issued under section 2 of the Cemeteriei Amendment Act, 1912, and in response to the presentation of a petition praying that the area i n question, wherein the body of the late Mr. Seddon is buried, be declared to be a private burial ground of the Seddon family. It is pravided that "Louisa Jan c Seddon, the widow of the Eight Honourable Eichard John Seddon, and any person being a child or remoter issue of the marriage of the said Richard John Seddon and Loueia Jane Seddon, shall b e the only class of person who may now or hereafter be buried in the said private burial ground of, the Eight Honourable Richard John Seddon and of his wife and descendants. Provided that during the lifetime of the said Louisa Jane Seddon no such child or remoter issue shall be buried m the said private burial ground without the consent in writing of the said Louisa Jane Seddon "
