LONDON, 31st October. Lord- -Salisbury, speaking at the ladies' Imperial Club, said:. "Let us be quite clear in our minds what our attitude is regarding the fiscal question. It is just a matter of expediently. I for one do not approach this ques--1 tion from the standpoint of the doctrinaire. The question is how far any fiscal modification will give immediate relief to unemployment. T o a certain extent I think it would.''
