The Wellington Croquet . Association new its fourth annual meeting on Monday, .Lady Luke presiding.- The report and balance-sheet were satisfactory, the latter_ showing a credit balance. Wilkinson.•'. _Tlie 1 resignations of the Petone: and Khandallah Clubs were received with re- |. r T e^_ In response to a request from the Wellington Cannval - Association, it was decided that each ■ club should run a, tournament on its cwn lawn for. one day during Carnival Week,- and the . proceeds be forwarded k, the Carnival Committee. It is proposed' to hold thViasso'ciatiou .tournament in February" "1924 starting on the 7th February.. Mr. Pollock, of Seatoun,'donated two gold stars for competition amongst the clubs affiliated to the association.
