THE FINAL GALLOPS.

AUCKLAND, Thi s Day. - The weather was fine for the final gallops af Ellerslie this morning, and the course was in perfect order.

On the outside of the course proper Broadwood ran six furlongs in lmin 18sec, and Sleepy Sol beat Day Guard over four furlongs done in 54 4-ssec. Doleful Ditty and Zircon were together at the end of six furlongs timed at lmin ib 4-osec, and Praiseworthy took 52 2-ssec over four furlongs. Pelham, Surveyor, . and Suggestion were together at the end of six furlongs in lmin 20 2-ssec.

Lady Rewa and Gold Fern did five furlongs m lmin lOsec, finishing well in front of Cawnpore, who was eased over the latter part. Reremoana beat Mark Time over seven furlongs in lmin 35 15sec: Mark Time was eased ever the last fifty yards. Soulterina easily ran a round in 2min 9 2-ssec.

Miss Egypt did six furlongs in lmin 20 l-ssec, and Pavo beat Pompey and Bretland over six furlongs in lmin 21 l-ssec.

Musketoon and Tactful easily beat Nocturne over six furlongs in lmin 20 3-ssec, Musketoon was going nicely at the finish.

Halgina, Lady Bentinck, and Sunny Jim did four furlongs in 52sec. Son o' Mine sprinted down the straight, and Great Fun did a mile and a half in 2min 53 3-ssec.

Nigger Minstrel beat Orozino over four furlongs in 51 4-ssec. Highland, with a lightweight up, went a round in 2min 1 l-ssec, a good gallop.Hipo beat Hoariri over three furlongs in 38 3-ssec. Amiform, who got the worst of the start with Shebang and Sunny Boe, finished alongside Shebang with Sunny Roe in the rear, in 51 3-ssec. Stork went a round in 2min 6 4-ssec, and Finelli, from a standing start, did five furlongs in lmin 7 4-ssec. Gaillard and Ora's Delight did four furlongs in 51 3-ssec.
