LONDON, 30th October. • Papyrus has returned to Southampton. His trainer, Basil Jarvis, described the track at Belmont . after the rain as being like a skating rink. He is confident that with better-going Papyrus .would have won, and expressed the opinion that a return match would be run in England- if enough money is forthcoming.
