TEHERAN, 29th October. The new Cabinet is constituted as follows :—
The Sadar Sepah, Premier. Was Modir-ul-Mulk, Minister of Finance.
Zuka-ul-Mulk, Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Moazed-es-Saltaneh, Minister of Justica.
Haji Ez-ul-Matalek, Minister of Public Works.
Khoday-ar-Khan, Minister of Post and Telegraphs. Prince Soleiman Mirza, Minister of Instruction.
Mirza Kassin Kran Sooresrafail, Acting Minister of Interior.
All are new men, excepting Madir-ul-Mulk, the erstwhile Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Zuka-ul-Mulk, who was Minister of Finance in the last Cabinet.
