SEPARATION EFFORT

SOLEMN PROTEST ORGANISED.
(AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE AfSOCIATION.) BERLIN 29th October. Though the population in the Rhineland is unable to express effectively their feelings regarding separation, owing to the state of siege, which prevents more than five persons gathering together, a, solemn protest has been organised, and signed by the leaders of religion, communal authorities, trade unions, and chambers of commerce. There is little doubt that separation has failed.
