RIGA, 28th October. Russian Communists are watching events in Germany with the utmost interest. The newspapers point out the similarity of Germany's position and that of Russia between Kerensky's/dictatorship and_ the Bolshevik revolution in October; 1917. An editorial in the Moscow "Pravda" urges the German Communists to concenti*te their forces while civil war is proceeding in Germany, and theu institute, a red terror. Other Moscow papers are optimistically awaiting the formation of a Soviet Government in Germany, which, combining with Russia, would dominate Europe and pave the way to a world revolution.
