Rule 25 was altered to read "senior to intermediate pitches shall be 22 yards, and junior pitches 20 yards." "intermediate pitches have been 20 yards long previous}-. During the season the Wellington representative teams journeyed to Chrißtchurch to play the annual matches with Canterbury. A concert was held in the Town Hall to raise funds for the trip, etc., and a profit was made,' which was nearly sufficient to meet the expenses of the trip. The league's thanks were due to the artists who assisted and to those who helped -in other ways to make the concert a success.

Votes of thanks were passed to the Press and the City Council for their attention and assistance during the past Beason.
