LONDON. 12th October. The "Daily Express" states '.hat Baron Henri Rothschild, who is a qualified doctor, has investigated the Spahlinger cure at Geneva, "and as a result is coming to London to endeavour to make financial arrangements to enable the production of serum to be carried on for general use in Britain. His project is not a commercial but a philanthropic one.
