LONDON, 11th October. B Js announced that Lord Justice Coleridge- is resigning his judgeship of the King's Bench Division. "Lord Youngor succeeds Lord Cave as a, Lord of Appeal. Sir Ernest Pollock succeeds Lord Stemdale as. Master of the Rolls, thereby creating a Parliamentary vacancy at Leamington. Mr. Justice Sargent has been appointed a Lord Justice of Appeal.
