STRESEMANN'S POLICY
ALL NATIONS MUST HELP.
BERLIN, 3rd September. Herr Stresemann, at Stuttgart, said that Germany was quite'ready and willing to discuss new proposals, but a real •olution was only possible through a united effort of all nations, and American intervention. If France's aim. was economic and financial, and not political, the guarantees-offered on behalf of the German railways and industries was better than the taking of -slices of territory. ' .
