MR. WILFORD PROPHESIES.
"I will tell you when railway freights will be reduced," remarked the Leader of the Opposition (Mr. T. M. Wilford) in the House of Representatives this morning. -"It will be after the dairy pool has come into operation, and we shall be told that the pool has been responsible." The Prime Minister ; "How funny!" •MrJ/Wilford: "That is what will happen." The Minister of RailV-ays (the Hon. J. G. Coates) said the tariff was being revised, and an endeavour would be made to give a measure of satisfaction to the people. He was not able to say when the reduction would t^ke place. \
