(Received 2uth August, 9am) LONDON, 24th August. The polling in the- Free State -elections has been fixed for Monday, which has been (Jeclared a holiday. All parties are feverishly active, and are confident.
It is clear to-day, says the Dublin correspondent of the "Daily Express," that the Government Party will return with a good working majority. The new Dail will contain an overwhelming number of pro-Treaty members. °
