The "Messagero" learns that an important financial and .economic agreement has been concluded in Paris reoently, between Italy, Britain, . and France, regarding-Asia Minor, virtually replacing the old Tripartite Accord.
The,new agreement" provides for the construction of a vast railroad system radiating from'Panderma'and branching east, and west, across the most fertile •territories." " ■'-.'■ ■:> • •.
The work has /been allotted in even shares to an industrial and financial group in each country. The agreement affords vast possibilties for Italian capital and labour in the'nearly depopulated country. "' .■ • . .-..". Turkey's approval of the plan is practically assured.- "
