LONDON, 6th August. A conference of the Social Democratic Federation is being held. It is notable for ._ its wholehearted denunciation of Sovietism. A resolution was adopted 'condemning the terrorist methods of the Soviet Government, and stating that the suppression of the essential rights of democracy is a danger not only to the Russian workers, but to the vital interests of the international proletariat.
