LONDON, 6th August. The "Daily Telegraph's" Sofia correspondent states that a seizure of the records of the Russian Red Cross' has disclosed that a co-called mission is a disguised Bolshevik organisation for carrying on subversive propaganda in Bulgaria • and the neighbouring countries.
