The motions of Edythe Denton and Herbert Montague Rosenberg for a newtrial in the case in which John Ernest Dention was granted a divorce from his wife on the. ground of adultery were dismissed in a judgment delivered by Mr. Justice Hosking at the Supreme Court to-day; In both cases the motions were based on the submission that the jucy s verdict was against the weWifc of the evidence.
