MISCHIEVOUS HANDS
The results of the operations of th« not unusual combination of idle hands and mischief .were found at the Observatory this morning.' Some person, apparently yesterday, found his way intc the enclosure, and provided evidence of rainfall which had iut taken place, by tipping the contents of the evaporometer into the rain gauge. Fortunately no rain fell during the period, and the official records were not interfered with.
