ACCUSED CONVICTED.
Reserved decision was given by Mr E-Page, S.M., at the Magistrate's Court ™L afternoon in the case in which ■rniilip lossman was charged with carrying on business as a bookmaker at fia,. Manama street, where he had a tobacconist shop and hairdressing saloon. Ihe Magistrate dealt at length with the question of the admissibility of the cvi- ™ ,as, to certain telephone rings which had been received while the police were in occupation.
