DUNEDIN, This Day. At a meeting of the Otago Labour Council it was decided to instruct the secretary to reply to Mr. Fletcher's proposal that builders be brought into tie Dominion to enable the exhibition work to be expeditiously prosecuted It was contended that tliere wiil be sufficient builders in New Zealand when the time arrives for starting on the buildings It was announced last nio-ht that % £SO.,ppp required Th e government subsidy is expected by Monday.
