RUMANIAN TRADE
BRITAIN A MOST-FAVOURED NATION.

LONDON, 31st July. According to a White Paper; the arrangements for trade relations between the British Empire and Rumania are based on the accord of most-favoured-nation treatment. It regards the United Kingdom arrangements at not applicable to the_ Dominions, unless they so desire, in which case they will bo accorded most-favoured-nation treatment. The reciprocal arrangement in the case of the United Kingdom is terminable at three months' notice, and in the case of the Dominions at six months' notice.
