BRITISH AND INDIAN DELEGATES

LONDON, Ist August. Mr. Baldwin in the House of Commons announced that the British delegates to the League of Nations Assembly will be Lord Robert Cecil Wood and Sir J. Rennellrodd. Substitute delegates will be Sir Willoughby Dickson, Sir Llewellyn Smith, and Dame Edith Lyttelton. (ItEUTER'S TELEGRAM.) (Received 2nd August, 1 p.m.) DELHI, Ist July. Viscount Chelmsford having declined the position, Viscount Hardinge will represent India in the League of Nations Assembly.
