DUNEDIN, This Day. James Reynolds Hayne, chemist, was charged at the Police Court with unlawfully using an instrument with intent to procure miscarriage. He was remanded to Ist June.
The depositions of the girl in respect to whom Hayne is charged, were taken at the hospital, where Bhe lies dangerous. ly ill. . ■
