SYDNEY, This Day. Professor David, addressing the Graziers' Conference, appealed for support for establishing a solar radiation station, claiming that it would be a great advantage to the man on the land to obtain accurate weather forecasts a reasonable time ahead. He emphasised the possibility of forecasting drought cycles. The conference recommended the Graziers' Associations to contribute not less than £1000.
