LONDON. 9th May. The "Daily Telegraph's diplomatic correspondent says the British reply to the German Note will probably be handed to the German Ambassador in London on Thursday or Friday. Its criticism of the German offer is severe, but it will avoid 4 taking aides on the Ruhr question. Begret may be expressed that Britain's advice was not more fully acted upon.
