LAND SALE AT BULLS
! (S* TEI-EGRWH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.} PALMERSTON N.,_9th May. A remarkable demonstration of unsatisfied land hunger was given to-day whan one of the largest land sales for many years waa held at Bulls by Messrs. Abraham and Williams, in, conjunction with Messrs. Levin and Co. They disposed of Mr. M'Kelvie's Flock House estate. Thirty-four sections, varying from 15 to 460 acres, were offered, and 28 sold at prices ranging from £8 to £63 per acre. The sale totalled £60,000.
