In the Magistrate's Court this afternoon, Robert Coo was charged that having received fifteen sums amounting to £83 8s 3d on terms requiring _ him to account for them to the Provident Life Assurance Company, he fraudulently omitted to account for the same, thereby, committing theft over a period extending from 1916 to 1922. He pleaded guilty, and was committed to the Auckland Supreme Court for sentence. Bail was allowed.
