MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Mr. E. Page, S.M., presided at the Magistrate's Court to-day. William Murphy, alias Tyler, with five previous convictions for drunkenness, was fined £3, in default 14 days' imprisonment. ■ Frederick Wilson, alias Whitehouse, was fined 10s, in default 48 hours' imprisonment, for drunkenness, and for damaging an automatic machine to the extent of £3 was ordered to meet the expenses incurred, in default 14 days' imprisonment.
