EMPRESS THEATRE.
Clean-cut comedy, with a spice of drama, is unfolded in "A Tailor-made Man," featuring Charles Kay, which is being shown at the Empress Theatre. A charming love etory between a young man and a society .girl lends a touch of ■ romance. Jacqueline Logan. Ethel Grandin, and other favourites support Charles Ray. The indoor scenes are magnificent, and the sumptuous settings in the Stanlaw mansion, the Knickerbocker Club, and the Nathan yacht saloon form a fitting background for this quick-moving comedy-drama. There is an Empress news film, a clever comedy, and the orchestra plays delightfully, and features a xylophone solo by Mr. Roy Brinsden.
