Additional bylaw cases were dealt with at the Magistrate's Court yesterday :- For permitting stock to wander, William Hedges was fined £3 and costs; James Hamilton, 10s. and costs; Samuel Howan, 5s and costs; .Walter Restean. 10s and costsj Robert Wilson, lfts and costs, and Harold Whittaker, 5s and cost; Dolly Vile, "unregistered dog, 10s and costs.
