Tho inter-State eights, rowed on the Swan River for the first time since 1906, resulted .-—South Australia, 1; West Australia, 2; Victoria, 3. After a hard fight, South Australia won by half a length. Time, I7min 31see. The result of the sculling championship was:—Bull (N.S.W.), 1; Bradley (Tasmania), 2; M'Gonn (Victoria), 3. •The ladies' fours resulted :—South Australia, 1; Tasmania, 1; Victoria, 3. These were the only starters.
