DUBLIN, 6th May. The Papal Envoy, Monsignoi- Luzio, in a statement, said he will commence his return to Rome to-morrow. "I wish to thank the priests, the people, and the Press of Ireland for my reception. ■ The real Irish soul is as good, generous., and hospitable as ever.' Loving Ireland as my . second Fatherland, I earnestly hope that the blessings of complete peace may speedily raise the whole of the Irish nation to the; highest degree of greatness and prosperity^" :
